Are you active in the battery industry? Would you like to learn more about opportunities and cooperation possibilities in the innovative French and German markets? Then join the webinar on March 16 about the battery industry of the future in France and Germany.

Battery industry of the future

France and Germany have modern battery industries. The Dutch battery industry is eager to enable and strengthen the energy and mobility transition.

Opportunities for Dutch companies

France and Germany are attractive, nearby markets to further develop the Dutch battery industry. A number of developments and insights are important for these markets:

  • Opportunities for Dutch companies supplying components and equipment for adaptation in cell battery production lines.
  • Opportunities for cooperation in material identification and battery recycling.
  • Attention to "next-gen" technologies in a conceptual and technological development stage.
  • Establishment of a structure to officially represent the Dutch battery industry. This is important for international recognition and networking. Sufficient resources and a membership structure underline the strengths of the Dutch battery industry abroad.
  • Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and European giant factories are the best basis to enter the international stage. In this way, we increase awareness of the capabilities of the Dutch battery industry.
  • Access opportunities in adjacent markets such as the heavy-duty segment. Here the Dutch market already has key players.
  • Recycling gets little attention. Recycled materials are important in achieving the European sustainability target and for the future of electric cars. A leading position and national control over this value stream through recycling helps to further strengthen the Dutch battery industry internationally.

For whom.

The webinar is intended for Dutch entrepreneurs, knowledge institutions and governments interested in innovative battery technology, and in opportunities for new, innovative products and services in France and Germany.
