Help make HR policy in battery technology future-proof

Is your organisation struggling to fill vacancies and retain talented employees? You’re not alone. The demand for battery technology is growing faster than ever, while the labour market is becoming increasingly tight.
That’s why Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Utrecht University of Applied Sciences and HAN University of Applied Sciences are working together on the Human Capital Agenda Battery Technology project. Our goal: to support organisations in this sector in developing innovative and future-proof HR policies. We research what works, why it works, and how you can apply it in your own practice.
Your contribution:
You can participate in several ways:
- Completing a short survey (±10 minutes)
- An interview of up to one hour
- Collaborating on the development and testing of innovative HR solutions
